Nature, creativity and connection — three things proven to boost our wellbeing and inspire meaningful work. This shoot for Gemma Ogston, founder of Mama Shrooms, brought all three together to capture a brand rooted in nature and holistic health.
Shot by Paul Winter in a Sussex woodland, the imagery was featured in The Independent, exploring the connection between nature, wellbeing and Gemma’s mushroom-based supplements that support energy, immunity and sleep.
A small crew of four worked locally to create stills and a short social film that reflected Gemma’s natural approach and personality. By shooting close to home, sharing lifts and serving vegetarian food, we kept the production footprint low — measured at 40kg CO2e using the AdGreen Carbon Calculator.
Post-production was completed at Studio by Sea, powered by solar energy. The result is a set of authentic, nature-connected visuals that reflect the Mama Shrooms ethos and demonstrate our ongoing commitment to low-carbon, purpose-led production.
